The PSA relies on community support to ensure that we can continue to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. For our 2009 Sledge Hockey season the PSA Edge and the Blades travelled to London, Ontario for the London Blizzard Sledge Hockey Tournament www.londonblizzard.com/tournament.html,  The Edge  played hard and had fun at this Tournament. The PSA Blades were able to capture Silver in a game taht ended on a shoot out. On behalf of the Paralympic Sports Association Board of Directors, and all of the sledge players, we would like to thank all the individuals and companies that supported the PSA Edge and PSA Blades sledge hockey team in their travel to London Blizzard Sledge Invitational Tournament. Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated. The sledge players enjoyed themselves in an environment where there were 33 sledge teams from all over North America. Both PSA teams were true sportsmen as they increased in strength as the games went on and learnt many new skills. A lot was learnt and the PSA teams benefitted from competing against other skilled teams.
