Application Information:
1. Entry Fee: $250/ team
2. Team Applications- DEADLINE
All interested teams are encouraged to contact Katie to confirm they are coming as early as possible; this will assist in creating the divisions of teams. So please email Katie with answer.
Levels:
Novice – 12 years and under as of December 31/08
Junior- 15 years and under as of December 31/ 08
Senior B- 16 and up with body contact
Senior A- Highly competitive with body checking
3. All teams must provide proof of insurance
Additional Information:
Minimum of 4 games for Teams Depending on team entries
Awards for Champions & Finalists
Social for players
Invitations to teams from Canada and USA
Any individual players that don’t have a team are welcome to come & join a team entered at their skill level

3rd Annual Western Canada Sledge Hockey Tournament - Press Release The 2007 3rd Annual Western Canada Sledge Hockey Tournament had eleven teams competing in three divisions. The event was a great success and the participants had a great deal of fun. This tournament is the only one of its kind in Western Canada and featured athletes ranging in age from seven to 45 years old. Teams competed in the youth, intermediate and senior age categories, meeting for on reason -- Sledge Hockey!
The Canadian National Sledge Hockey Team, Gold Medal Paralympians, and just recently winning Gold at the 2007 WORLD SLEDGE HOCKEY CHALLENGE in Kelowna BC, Stephen Arsenault (Home Town Boy), along with Team Manager Adam Crockatt, and Mark Gallant where in attendance at the tournament. Stephen and Mark were able to put on a mini session with the PSA Blades. We appreciate them coming to show their support for the development of Sledge Hockey in Alberta and in Western Canada.
