FALL & WINTER PROGRAM GUIDE
Time to begin thinking about fall registration; as September will soon be upon us. This year PSA will be holding registration at the PSA office:
September 17th & 18th 9AM to 7 PM
September 19th 9 AM to 4 PM
Come in and visit, the first 50 to register will receive a gift. PSA will be implementing changes in the registration process. As the cost of putting on programs increases, PSA needs to look at ways to keep all programs cost effective for the organization and for individuals. PSA new procedure will be to implement a requirement of volunteering for certain amount of bingos for each program offered at the PSA. Number of bingos worked will be dependent on which program enrolled in. Sledge hockey, Tae Kwon Do, and Swimming will be 2 bingos worked. For Wheel Chair Square Dancing and Floor hockey and requirement of 1bingo will be required. At time of registration we will require program fees, plus two checks made out for $60.00 each as a bingo deposit.
Bingos are a great fundraiser for the PSA, but due to decrease in the number of volunteers, we are required to pay for bingo workers. Last year PSA needed to payout over $9,000 for bingo workers. This is much-needed funds that PSA could have used towards further developing our programs, rather than paying for bingo workers.
Here are the Programs Dates
Registration will be next week and if that does not work for you, once you receive your guide, please send in your registration form with choice(s) of programs.

OLIERS TICKETS!!!
Calling all Oilers Fans . . . Oilers Hockey Wheelchair Tickets!
NOTE PRICE CHANGE
Calling all Oilers Fans . . . Oilers Hockey Wheelchair Tickets!
PSA has 8 season tickets to the Edmonton Oilers Games in the wheelchair accessible seating. As a service to our members, we divide these tickets up into packages that are more affordable to you. If you are interested in going to some Oilers games this year call the office by September 12th to register.
The tickets are usually divided up into half season packages of 3 to 5 games. A typical package offers a fair combination of teams in terms of calibre. The packages are then randomly drawn and sold at cost ($82.07/ two seats) among those participating in the draw. For example, the cost of 4 games would be $328.28 (payable when tickets are picked up at Program Registration September 12th). If cost is an issue, people can register and I will match them up with someone to only receive 1 or 2 games per half season. Sorry, no requests for specific games. All tickets must be paid for at time of pick up. Must Volunteer for one Bingo as away to help with the cost of administrating the tickets.
Remember, the deadline to pay for ticket is Dec 6th, 2007
Sincerely,
Kim & Trish
