Application Information:
1. Entry Fee: $250/ team

2. Team Applications- DEADLINE
Levels
Novice/Junior - 15 years and under as of December 31, 2007
Intermediate - Open to all ages
Senior - Open to all ages
3. All teams must provide proof of insurance
Additional Information:
Minimum of 4 games for Intermediate/ Senior Divisions
Minimum of 3 games for Novice/ Junior Divisions
Awards for Champions & Finalists
Banquet for players
Invitations to teams from Canada and USA
