The city of Spruce Grove is located 11 km west of the provincial capital, Edmonton.
Application Information:
1. Entry Fee: $250/ team
2. Team Applications- DEADLINE March 1, 2005
$50 Deposit by February 25, 2005
All interested teams are encouraged to register as early as possible; this will assist in creating the divisions of teams.
Levels
Novice/Junior- 15 years and under as of December 31/ 04
Intermediate- Open to all ages
Senior- Open to all ages
3. All teams must provide proof of insurance
Additional Information:
Minimum of 4 games for Intermediate/ Senior Divisions
Minimum of 3 games for Novice/ Junior Divisions
Awards for Champions & Finalists
Banquet for players
Invitations to teams from Canada and USA
